Trainee Teachers
'It is hard to believe how far I have all come in such a short space of time. Now applying for jobs, I am very much on our way to becoming fully-fledged teachers, and that is all down to TSE and the amazing network of mentors and trainers there to support us. ' (Primary)
Early Career Teachers
'The ECF programme has been engaging, thorough and very worthwhile in continuing my development as a confident and competent teacher.' (MFL)
Mentors and Induction Leads
'As an Induction Lead, I have been supported in taking on the role and ensuring my ECT is guided throughout their ECT programme. We are kept well-informed with not only a weekly Induction Lead bulletin outlining what we need to know and action that week, but also a copy of the ECT and Mentor bulletins. The ECF Central Team is only an email or phone call away, with the added advantage of each school having a designated member of the team to contact for support.'
NPQ Teachers
‘The NPQ programme is a great opportunity to network with like-minded colleagues. It has provided me with a platform to discuss approaches to leadership as well as learn about my own style enabling me to develop my own leadership by applying these in my own school setting.’ NPQSL (Senior Leader)
