The ECF team at Xavier are proud to have been selected by Ofsted as one of the delivery partners to be inspected as part of the Teach First ECF Ofsted Inspection. A huge thank you to all the ECTs, mentors, induction tutors, headteachers and facilitators who spoke with such passion about the provision we offer our ECTs and schools.
