Programme Members Changes Form
Should you have any changes with regard to programme members within your school, it is vital that you complete the Programme Member Changes Form. It is very important that we are kept up-to-date with changes to mentors, information regarding ECT withdrawals etc.
If you have any ECTs who have already started their ECF programme elsewhere and are now joining your school, please complete our ECT Transfer Form.
