"ECF Essentials: quick videos for ECTs" is a series of short, practical videos designed to support Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with day-to-day scenarios they encounter in the classroom. While the official ECTE induction programme provides high-quality training approved by the DfE, these quick videos offer complementary, on-demand guidance from experienced educators. Each video delivers bite-sized, actionable advice to address immediate needs, helping ECTs navigate common challenges and enhance their teaching practice efficiently.
