SEND

My name is Helen Pearman, and I have been teaching in special needs for over 10 years, based currently at West Hill School in Leatherhead. I support Xavier ECTs within special schools through delivering seminars which are adapted to fit SEND examples and current practice. I also provide optional visits to these ECTs , providing feedback to celebrate their successes and support any areas of development they have identified. I have also led optional sessions on SEND for mainstream ECTs and am happy to provide any SEND support to anyone on the ECTE programme - just get in touch at helen.pearman@westhill.thpt.org.uk.
