Mentors – please download (and print if needed) the ECTE Target Bank.

This Target Bank suggests four different measurable actions for each of the ITTECF statements. This can be useful for thinking about how to get your ECT to adapt their practice. You may wish to change the targets or actions to suit your ECT and/or school context, so that you can set targets which will result in the highest leverage possible to improve their practice. It is useful to have this document open in front of you in mentor meetings when setting targets.
